Language is my passion
Absolute dedication to my work and a pursuit of perfection have always been an integral part of me: when I studied art history, I continued to master's and doctoral degrees, engaged in research and curation, and published dozens of research articles in international academic journals, dozens of curatorial articles, and three books in Hebrew and English, see my website: demeterart.com
When I decided to pursue translation and linguistic editing, I studied all related fields: translation and English linguistic editing, Hebrew linguistic editing, the theory of punctuation in the Hebrew language, and literary editing.
My work is characterized by utmost dedication, depth, and precision, while choosing the most accurate, apt, best and correct linguistic options for any given text, and meeting deadlines.
Translation in the Age of Artificial Intelligence
Artificial intelligence – true to its name. A text translated using this tool can indeed appear artificial, superficial, and inaccurate, lacking the human touch. The gaze of a human eye will imbue the text with the charm and magic that computer software lacks. Furthermore, during the translation process, many issues arise concerning necessary changes due to differences between languages and cultures, such as – changes in phrasing, rearrangement of sentences and paragraphs, omission of words, sentences, and even entire chapters, as well as localization – adaptation to the local language, culture, and market. Decisions about such changes must be made through discussion and exchange of opinions, a human dynamic that artificial intelligence cannot replace. Indeed, language is more than letters and consonants. language is an expression of a complete worldview and a cultural way of thinking.
Sensitive, not indifferent, translation
I offer translation and editing with sensitivity, subtlety, meticulousness, and precision, while remaining faithful to the worldview of the text's authors and the meanings they sought to convey.

Artistic Translation with a Human Touch
Teaching
Study Hebrew with Art
As an art researcher and curator, I developed a language teaching method based on integrating observation of artworks. Art is a vast field of visual possibilities that contribute significantly to language learning. This observation leads to thought and activity, resulting in information retention and language internalization.
I speak Hebrew, English, and French fluently, and teach while ensuring comprehensive explanations in these languages.
After an assessment, I will prepare a lesson plan tailored to the student's level.
